Its on a PBS.org website that you can watch on your computer. Its about a nuclear warhead that went off at a missile site in the 80s at an Arkansas Missile Silo.

Also shows a B52 accidentally dropping a bomb over North Carolina but didn't explode because of a safety switch.

Very Interesting.
